Hi There!

I’m Sabrina Pratt, a business owner, performer, teacher and life coach living on the beautiful Central Coast of California.

I have been performing and teaching comedy professionally for over twenty years beginning in Charlotte, NC then Chicago, IL where I worked at internationally recognized comedy theaters Second City, iO and Comedy Sportz Chicago. I have also worked with many theaters producing, directing and performing some incredible pieces with amazing independent theaters.

As a certified Theater Arts Instructor with a California Teaching Credential and a background in teaching I have a passion for sharing the joy of performing with all ages. I am currently the Improvisational Theater professor at Cal Poly University.

In 2016 I began my business, Central Coast Comedy Theater, with a few classes that I taught on the weekends. I started this business while teaching high school full time and then worked to grow the business into self-sufficiency. In 2018 I resigned my teaching job and began my private practice as a professional life coach.  I find that whether it is teaching, coaching or performing the work that I do both on and offstage brings people back into connection with their inner child in a powerful way. The corporate workshops that I lead and retreats that I facilitate create many ways for people to access their inherent creativity and joy which makes the flow of communication for teams easier and creates a much more rewarding work environment.

Currently, I continue to support the transformative performance journey of my students as the owner and artistic director of the Central Coast Comedy Theater located in San Luis Obispo, California.

I am a professional life coach and if you are in search of a way to approach your life with more freedom, creativity and joy then I really do want to connect with you! Laughter is the common language of healing and it is my honor to have this gift of joy to offer.

My passion in life is to share the healing art of laughter as widely as possible. With a heart of gratitude, I fulfill my mission through teaching classes, creative consulting, corporate team-building workshops, private sessions and, of course, comedy shows!
